Nellie Jane or “Nell” is an administrative virtual assistant (VA) who has been with 20four7VA for over three years. Since joining the company, she has worked with several clients in various industries and has significantly expanded her skill set.

What was life like before you started working with 20four7VA?

My life was stressful before working with 20four7VA. I worked as a freelance online English teacher and I struggled to find students and fill my schedule.

Why did you decide to work with 20four7VA?

My friend told me that 20four7VA helped them get clients even if they didn’t have that much experience as a VA and that the company offers a variety of free training and upskilling courses. Because of this, I decided to take the leap and try my luck with the company.

What is your favorite thing about working with 20four7VA?

My favorite things about working with 20four7VA are the weekly salary, yearly bonuses/incentives, free training, and the help they provide to pair us with new clients. If we want to try a new role, grow our skills, or improve our performance as a VA, 20four7VA is there to help!

What advice would you give to someone considering 20four7VA?

Don’t think twice! You won’t regret working with 20four7VA.

What are your top tips for working remotely?

Love your job! When you love your job, you will be committed and motivated to put in the required effort to complete your tasks and responsibilities.

What would you like to change or improve at 20four7VA?

In my opinion, none. The Customer Support Operations and IT Helpdesk teams gave me the support I did not get from my previous companies. I’m grateful to be working here!
