• Stay connected. Regular communication with your team helps maintain a strong bond and keeps everyone aligned, especially in a remote setup.

What are your top 3 tips for successful remote staffing/outsourcing?

• Set clear expectations from the start.Make sure roles, tasks, and goals are crystal clear from day one. Taking the time to establish these expectations early saves everyone from a lot of “just checking” messages later on.
• Keep the virtual door open. Regular check-ins don’t always have to be formal. Just staying in touch and being approachable goes a long way. When contractors feel they can reach out easily, problems get solved much faster.
• Trust your team and focus on results. No need to hover. Give your team space to do their thing and focus on what they deliver. Happy, trusted teams = better results.

Jet: After work, I usually disconnect by watching something, scrolling on my phone a bit, or just relaxing and recharging 🔋 while having fun (especially on Friday night).  My best WFH tip is to set boundaries. Once you’re done for the day, you’re done.

Jet: I enjoy hiking ⛰️ and traveling whenever I get the chance! I’m also a huge fan of coffee shop hopping. I’m always on the lookout for a good cup! And to cap off the week, nothing beats a chill Friday night with a glass of the best margarita. 🍸
