As a Client Services Specialist, Anne ensures that clients make the best hiring decisions and that VAs feel comfortable and supported in their work setup.

What do you do at 20four7VA?

Anne: I’m a Client Services Specialist. I provide dedicated support to the 20four7VA’s clients. I help them identify their needs, assist them in finding the right VA for their team, and ensure they have a smooth experience once they decide to move forward with our company. I also deal with the client’s concerns and provide effective solutions to their pain points.  

What part of your current role is the most exciting?

Anne: I enjoy the client/VA interviews!

I  learn so much about different businesses just by observing and listening to clients and VAs during these sessions. I enjoy hearing how clients describe their goals and how VAs present their skills and relevant experience. It’s exciting to see our clients being impressed with our skilled candidates and smooth onboarding process. These make me proud of my role at 20four7VA! 

I also love sharing insights that help clients make smart hiring decisions.

How did you hear about 20four7VA, and why did you decide to join us?

Anne:  My husband used to work at 20four7VA, and some of my friends worked here as well. One of them referred me. At first, I applied for the position because I liked the competitive rates and on-time weekly compensation. But after being here for a while, I realized that there’s so much more to love about 20four7VA. 

Joining the 20four7VA family was one of the best decisions I’ve made — I honestly wish that I’d joined the team sooner!

What were you doing before you joined 20four7VA?

Anne: I worked in the BPO industry for many years in various roles, from agent to client services, quality assurance, and training. Those experiences helped shape how I handle client concerns and build professional, long-term relationships with my colleagues. 

What’s your favorite thing about 20four7VA?

Anne: The weekly pay is definitely a plus! I also love our yearly Town Hall. It’s a great way to connect with colleagues and meet the amazing people behind the company.

What are your top 3 remote work tips?

• Invest in your tools.  Your work equipment (laptop, headset, and backup device) are your partners in providing consistent and quality service to your clients. Take good care of your equipment!
• Stay positive and professional. Build good relationships with your team and avoid unnecessary conflict.
• Stay focused. Working from home comes with distractions. It’s important to stay organized and disciplined.

What are your top 3 tips for successful remote staffing/outsourcing?

• Clearly define the kind of help you need and what success looks like for you.
• Choose a VA you feel comfortable and confident working with.
• Show appreciation! Small bonuses or words of recognition can motivate your VA to do their best.

Awesome! What do you do to unwind after work?

Anne: I love watching movies and series during my days off, and I enjoy shopping — whether online or in the mall. I also try to find time to exercise, cook, eat good food, travel ✈️, and go to the beach whenever possible.

What are your hobbies, passions, or interests?

Anne: I love singing 🎤 

I sing sometimes to check if I still can! I’m also into DIY projects, especially all the girly stuff like doing my nails or lashes.

What’s a motto or philosophy you live by?

Anne: “The most wasted of all days is one without laughter.” I believe joy and humor can make even the toughest days lighter.
