What do you do at 20four7VA?

Hanif: I support the onboarding and training of virtual assistants by delivering structured training sessions, developing learning modules, and creating assessments to ensure role readiness. 

I also conduct assessment reviews, support ongoing skill development, and contribute to day‑to‑day training operations while coordinating across internal stakeholders to ensure consistent training quality and smooth onboarding experiences.

What part of your current role is the most exciting?

Hanif: The most exciting part of my role is seeing virtual assistants grow in confidence and capability through structured training and onboarding. 

Being part of that journey from initial learning to full role readiness is very rewarding!

How did you hear about 20four7VA, and why did you decide to join us?

Hanif:  I came across 20four7VA while exploring opportunities in remote workforce support. I decided to join because the role aligned well with my background in training and subject‑matter expertise, and I appreciated the company’s emphasis on learning, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.

What were you doing before you joined 20four7VA?

Hanif: I have a strong background in telehealth and medical billing within the revenue cycle management (RCM) space, spanning over 8 years.

Before joining 20four7VA, I held roles such as Charge Entry Supervisor, AR Specialist, Team Coordinator (Billing), and AR Supervisor, where I managed end‑to‑end billing operations and coordinated teams handling complex RCM workflows. My responsibilities included managing billing and AR operations, team coordination, onboarding support, and training new staff. 

I was also actively involved in training and development, conducting one‑on‑one assessments, interviews, and performance evaluations, as well as supporting process improvements and quality assurance.

This combination of operational leadership and hands‑on training experience allowed me to develop strong skills in telehealth workflows, medical billing processes, training delivery, assessment, and quality control.  I also gained expertise in process improvement and cross-team collaboration, which I continue to apply in my current role.

What’s your favorite thing about 20four7VA?

Hanif: My favorite thing about 20four7VA is the organization’s strong focus on people and continuous improvement. 

There’s a genuine emphasis on collaboration, learning, and supporting both VAs and clients, which makes the work meaningful and rewarding.

• Define clear outcomes for each role – Productivity improves when everyone understands what success looks like.

• Support a smooth transition into the role – Early guidance helps remote staff become more productive and efficient.

Hanif: After work, I ensure that I get proper rest and maintain consistent physical activity 🏃‍➡️. 

Prioritizing good sleep and making time for the gym helps me reset mentally and physically; keeping a healthy routine allows me to stay refreshed while working remotely.

What are your hobbies, passions, or interests?

Hanif: In my free time, I enjoy watching documentaries and learning about history and different cultures. I also follow the news, blogs, and podcasts 🎧 to stay up to date with current events and general knowledge. 

These interests keep me curious and broaden my perspective of the world.
