What made you pursue a remote career?
Marizthel: The daily commute was unbearable. It was stressful preparing for shifts and working on-site. I needed a stress-free environment and a position where I could grow my skills.
How did you come across 20four7VA?
Marizthel: A friend who used to work at my old BPO job referred me to 20four7VA. I can say that this is one of the best referrals I’ve received.

Marizthel:

What are your long-term goals, and how do you see your current role contributing to those goals?
Marizthel: I would love to be a part of the 20four7VA internal staff.
I will continue to be a loyal VA to my present client, and I will tend to my client’s business needs, ensuring that tasks are done well and on time.
What are your top 3 remote work tips?
Marizthel:
- Improve your skills. Don’t stop learning!
- Make sure you have integrity in your work. Do the right thing even when no one is looking!
- Respect begets respect. Respect your coworkers, and they’ll respect you too!
What skill would you want to learn, and why?
Marizthel: I want to be fluent in another language! It’ll help me in my future endeavors.

Marizthel: Being a VA was such a blessing for me. To be able to spend more time with my family and have an awesome work-life balance is a dream come true!
What do you do to unwind after work?
Marizthel: I normally cook a hefty meal and enjoy it with my husband. We also play video games and watch movies or anime.

Marizthel: I’m very grateful for 20four7VA! I love being with 20four7VA, and the company is one of the reasons I’m enjoying my life right now. I’m blessed to be part of a new family that encourages and supports me. I can say that I encountered 20four7VA at the right time.
