Why did you become a virtual assistant?

Jessie: I’ve been working in the BPO industry for over a decade. The daily routine of commuting to work and dealing with heavy traffic just became too exhausting for me. Still, I am incredibly grateful for that experience—it gave me the foundation I needed.

My last BPO account focused on healthcare insurance, and I used that background to transition into the VA world!

How did 20four7VA impact your life?

Jessie: I was able to save on transportation costs and other in-office expenses. I don’t have to stress over traffic anymore, which gives me more quality time to spend with my partner and my furbabies.

What are your top 3 favorite things about working with 20four7VA?

• The work-from-home convenience
• Better work-life balance: I can finally bond with my family and dive into my hobbies. I love to cook, and being a VA gives me the time and energy to do more of that now.
• Career growth:  In the VA world, learning new skills is essential. VAs with more skills are more open to higher-paying opportunities.
