Meet Jacquelyn, a customer support VA and a fraud and claims specialist. She is responsible for answering customer inquiries, addressing claims, and ensuring that her client’s customers are satisfied and well taken care of. She joined the company in March 2023, and since then, she’s been excelling in her VA journey.

Why did you become a virtual assistant?

Jacquelyn: I became a virtual assistant so that I can spend more time with my daughter while growing my career. 20four7VA gave me the flexibility to care for my family’s needs and upskill.

How did you hear about 20four7VA?

Jacquelyn: My sister-in-law introduced me to 20four7VA. I received an email for a client interview, then the rest is history. That’s how I started my journey with 20four7VA!

What difficulties did you experience in your work life before you joined 20four7VA?

Jacquelyn: I worked in the BPO industry for more than a decade. It was a hassle to commute every day and not see my daughter much during workdays. Being able to work from home is a great opportunity for moms like me.
