What made you pursue a remote career?

Nanji: I was at the lowest point in my life when I came across this remote opportunity. Since I am an introvert, I didn’t want to deal with a toxic work environment and wake up every day to face the heavy traffic. 

I’m really passionate about customer service; supporting businesses and individuals is my thing.

To add, the pay and incentives are great. 

How did you come across 20four7VA?

Nanji: My 20four7VA story is very dear to my heart. I had many worries and problems when I came across 20four7VA. Luckily, I found 20four7VA on a job board. I looked at the perks of working with the company and gave it a shot. 

Even after my interview, I was just blown away. I was surprised by how very well the community treats its VA and staff. I just love how hands-on all the staff are when it comes to VA support. 

What are the best parts about working with 20four7VA?

Nanji: It would take a whole day to talk about how 20four7VA impacted my life. My life took a 360-degree turn when I joined 20four7VA. This opportunity allowed me to do so much for myself and my family.

What are some of your top remote work tips?

Nanji:

• Be disciplined. Since you are your boss, you’ve got to stick to a schedule and a routine.
• Prepare your remote work essentials: laptop, stable internet connection, headset, and all other things to help you stay productive.
• Be teachable. Don’t be rigid and be willing to learn and willingly accept corrections.

If you know anyone interested in becoming a VA, would you recommend 20four7VA?

Nanji: I recommend 20four7VA to the whole world. I have been helped, and I want others to experience what I’m feeling in this community.
