Michelle, our Top Virtual Assistant (VA) for Q4 2022, has been an Administrative VA since 2019. In her current role as an Assistant Community Manager, she’s busy processing requests, coordinating events, and managing communications for a US-based client.
Since joining 20four7VA, Michelle has worked with three clients, each role teaching her new skills and giving her valuable experience in different fields. In her spare time, she loves spending time with friends and family, caring for her four cats, and traveling.

What made you decide to work as a virtual assistant?
I wanted to choose a career that could offer these three things: flexibility, work-life balance, and a competitive salary.
What difficulties did you experience in your work life before you joined 20four7VA?
I used to struggle to find clients who needed virtual assistants.

Honestly, 20four7VA changed my life. The company provided great opportunities not only for me but also for some of my family members. Working here has also helped me strive for more in life. Before 20four7VA, owning a home was just a dream. Now, I look forward to early retirement at the age of 45.

What are your top 3 remote work tips?
- Make sure you have backup equipment.
- Always keep your lines open, get mobile data, and communicate with your clients and support staff.
- Strive to learn new skills to improve your portfolio.
What are your long-term goals, and how do you see your current role contributing to those goals?
I want to open a business, own a farm, and go into early retirement.
I see myself growing with my current company. My current role allows me to make a living and earn enough to help me build my dreams. So I do my best to make sure I perform exceptionally and maintain that service quality until I reach my goals.
What do you do to unwind after work?
Self-care and exercise. I also watch movies and cook.
