As a client-facing Social Media Specialist, Osas, as he’s fondly known, provides his expertise and insights to our social media marketing efforts, always bringing a positive attitude and delivering results that truly impress.

What do you do at 20four7VA?

Osas: I am the client-facing Social Media Specialist at 20four7VA. My role involves crafting content and developing engagement strategies for social media.

What part of your current role is the most exciting?

Osas: All aspects of my Social Media Specialist role are exciting, but I enjoy the content creation aspect the most. Creating videos and design excites me!

How did you hear about 20four7VA, and why did you decide to join us?

Osas: I saw a post online, and I decided to apply for the position. I wanted to work remotely, and 20four7VA gave me the chance to do so.

What’s your professional background? What were you doing before you joined 20four7VA?

Osas: For over six years, I was a Brand Manager in an FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) company. I had roles in media, design, marketing, and sales.

What’s your favorite thing about 20four7VA?

Osas: The people. Everyone here is so supportive and eager to help each other!

What are your top 3 remote work tips?

• Over-deliver: Always go out of your way to create the best possible work you can.
• Grow your skill base: Always be keen to learn new things—that includes tools and software.
• Leverage AI:  It makes your workflow smoother and more efficient!

What are your top 3 tips for successful remote staffing/outsourcing?

• Communicate effectively. Always be specific about goals and KPIs.
• Trust your team to handle tasks that are assigned to them. Trust has a great effect on morale and productivity.
• Reward good work. Relax from time to time. Give yourself incentives for a job well done.

Awesome! What do you do to unwind after work?

Osas: I take long walks while listening to my favorite podcasts. I also watch talk shows on YouTube.

What are your hobbies, passions, or interests?

Osas: I love football! ⚽ I also like trying out new food and delicacies. 🍲

What’s a motto or philosophy you live by?

Osas: Stay consistent. Consistency in any endeavor always produces good results.
