This month, we’re thrilled to introduce Rob, our determined Client Endorsement Specialist. He communicates with our virtual assistants, coordinates skill assessments, and onboards VAs to our company policies. 

Robert finds fulfillment in his craft and is always eager to positively impact the careers and lives of our diverse talent. 

Outside of his professional career, Rob watches anime, reads manga, and studies the Korean language.

What do you do at 20four7VA?

I am a Client Endorsement Specialist at 20four7VA. Most of my time is dedicated to reading and analyzing job descriptions, reviewing resumes, and assessing the competency of applicants. I  also collaborate with different departments and track CRM data. 

What do you enjoy most about working with 20four7VA?

20four7VA allows me to do what I love!

Matching the right candidates with the right positions is incredibly fulfilling to me. I enjoy the dynamic nature of the Client Endorsement team. Each day brings new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow!

I find satisfaction in understanding the unique needs of both clients and candidates and working diligently to bridge the gap between them. Building relationships, gaining insights into various industries, and helping individuals achieve their professional goals are aspects of the job that truly resonate with me.

What’s the best advice you would give to someone just starting out at the company?

Stay open-minded and curious! Approach your role with an open mind and a willingness to learn. Ask questions, seek clarification, and absorb as much information as possible about the company culture, processes, and expectations.

I encourage my peers to build professional relationships with their colleagues. Networking within the organization can provide valuable insights, support, and opportunities for collaboration.

Embrace and grow professional feedback for growth, be receptive to feedback, and actively seek ways to grow and improve. Constructive feedback is a valuable tool for personal and professional development. Most of all, I strive to maintain a healthy balance between work and personal life. Set boundaries, prioritize self-care, and recharge regularly to avoid burnout.

• Establish clear expectations and boundaries.

What’s a motto/philosophy you live by?

Always be open to improvement. The world is constantly changing, learn to adapt and don’t let yourself be left behind.

What do you do to unwind after a long day at work?

I sleep and travel!
