    BIOGRAPHY

    I have been with 20four7VA for about 3 years now. I decided to join them because the daily commutes and overall stress levels of normal office work was getting quite exhausting after doing it for 7 years. I do not regret my decision one bit.

    As part of the Customer Support Operations team, it is my job to ensure that the Virtual Assistant-Client relationship is a smooth one. I keep an eye on VA’s and make sure that they are doing the best that they can to fulfill whatever tasks their client asks them to do.

    I also provide coaching sessions to VA’s that are struggling in their job. Sometimes, all they need is someone who understands their situation and can point them in the right direction.

    SKILLS THAT MAKE ME GREAT AT MY JOB

    Since I come from the BPO industry, I’ve developed a decent sense of empathy towards people. This helps me build rapport between clients and VA’s, which makes it easier for me to assist them when need be.
