What difficulties did you experience in your work life before you joined 20four7VA?
Yvonne: Before joining the 20four7VA family, I had to chase down invoices, juggle inconsistent workloads, and spend too much time on admin tasks instead of focused support. It was stressful trying to balance quality work with financial uncertainty.
How did you come across 20four7VA?
Yvonne: I came across 20four7VA on TikTok. I was curious, did some research, and it felt like a legit opportunity in a space that can sometimes be hit or miss, so I decided to apply.

Yvonne:

What are your hobbies/passions?
Yvonne: I genuinely enjoy exploring new tech and AI tools. I love finding ways to streamline workflows and make things run smoothly and more efficiently.
Outside of work, I like to unplug a bit. I enjoy cooking simple meals, bingeing a good series, and occasionally getting lost in a podcast while organizing my space. I’m a mix of digital and analog, and I like it that way.
What are your top 3 remote work tips?
Yvonne:
- Document everything! A clear SOP will save your life later.
- Use your calendar religiously. Don’t rely on memory.
- Batch your work by energy, not just tasks.
What skill would you want to learn, and why?
Yvonne: I’d love to deepen my skills in Google Ads Manager and conversion tracking. It’s technical but crucial in creating a real and lasting marketing impact.
On the creative side, I’d also love to learn motion graphics for content enhancement.

Yvonne: Being a VA isn’t just about following instructions; it’s about thinking ahead, anticipating needs, and solving problems before they happen.

What do you do to unwind after work?
Yvonne: After work, I like to unplug by spending time in my garden 🌱; it helps me reset and shift gears mentally.
