What difficulties did you experience in your work life before you joined 20four7VA?

Odeh: I had difficulties finding stable, well-matched remote roles with clear communication and consistent internal processes.

I often had to chase payments or deal with vague expectations before joining 20four7VA.

How did you come across 20four7VA?

Odeh: I saw 20four7VA on YouTube!

Odeh:

What are your hobbies/passions?

Odeh: I enjoy FIFA Games on my PlayStation 🎮, watching The EPL, and mentoring aspiring remote professionals. 

I also find fulfillment in simplifying complex systems, whether at work or in daily life

What are your top 3 remote work tips?

 Odeh:

• Set clear boundaries between work and rest.
• Over-communicate expectations and updates.
• Use task management tools religiously. Clarity beats memory!

What skill would you want to learn, and why?

Odeh: I want to have a project management certification.

I want to better structure larger-scale workflows and take on leadership roles in remote operations.

Odeh: Being a VA isn’t “just admin work.”

It’s the operational heartbeat of many successful businesses.

What do you do to unwind after work?

Odeh: I disconnect from screens, listen to music, and take short walks. One of my favorite tips is having a shutdown ritual; it helps you mentally clock out.
