Jennifer: I am an IT Support and Cybersecurity Specialist. I’m in charge of providing technical support to all teams in 20four7VA. My role entails the protection of all company data and profiles from cyber threats. 

What part of your current role is the most exciting?

Jennifer:  I find it exciting to resolve technical challenges, simplify complex IT processes to consumables for non-technical staff, and demystify scam or spoof activities within the 20four7VA domain.

Jennifer: I found 20four7VA on LinkedIn! I decided to join the team because 20four7VA prioritizes diversity and inclusiveness.

What’s your professional background? What were you doing before you joined 20four7VA?

Jennifer: I am a Microsoft-certified Cloud Engineer by profession. I deploy cloud environments for software applications, and I make sure the IT infrastructure and applications are running in the cloud securely.

What’s your favorite thing about 20four7VA?

Jennifer: I enjoy working with 20four7VA because they have created a socially interactive environment. This culture allows everyone to become the best of themselves professionally.

• Teamwork-  Learn to work together as a team despite the distance. Teamwork ensures work is done quickly and efficiently. Genuine human connection is priceless!
• Self-development- Grow every day as a person and a professional. This will help your team excel in many ways. 
• Show Up! Always show up at work- Be available when your team needs you. But you should take care of yourself first, especially in dire or unexpected circumstances.

• Transparency- Be clear with your expectations and ensure there are no hidden agendas or grey areas.

Jennifer: After work, I prioritize communication with my family. I listen to a good podcast 🎧, music, or watch helpful tutorials about growth and self-development. 

I also love watching movies, freshening up, and catching up on my beauty sleep. 🤣

Jennifer: I don’t play games much. But I love listening to a good podcast about religion, social buzz, tech, or motivation.
