The Better Business Bureau (BBB) recently announced the finalists for its International Torch Awards for Ethics (ITAE), and 20four7VA was selected as one of the finalists for 2024. These awards honor companies that embody BBB’s mission and conduct business with the highest levels of integrity, trust, and transparency.

The International Torch Awards for Ethics was first presented in 1996. Since then, it has recognized companies that maintain the highest standards of ethical business practices. The ITAE is open to North American for-profit businesses. Eligible participants are then assessed based on the 4 C’s, which are fundamental in establishing a marketplace built on trust.

Character: This refers to the character or values of the organization’s leadership.
Culture: A company must be committed to implementing an authentic and positive company culture.
Customers: Participants are judged on the transparency of their relationship with customers.
Community: A business must also have a positive and lasting impact on the community or communities it serves.
