Top 100 Staffing Leaders to Watch at the 2024 World Staffing Awards
In 2024, 20four7VA President and CEO Catherine vanVonno joined the Top 100 Staffing Leaders to Watch list for the fourth consecutive year! This prestigious recognition celebrates leaders who are transforming the global staffing industry.
Top 10 Staffing Companies to Work For at the 2024 World Staffing Awards
At the 2024 World Staffing Summit, HR tech company Candidate.ly recognized the top staffing and recruitment companies worldwide. This year, 20four7VA was named one of the Top Ten Staffing Companies to Work For for the third time.
Two years after the Better Business Bureau (BBB) chose 20four7VA as a finalist, the company snagged the top honor at the 2023 Torch Awards for Ethics by the BBB of Greater Maryland. The BBB Torch Awards honors organizations that practice the highest ethical business practices.
20four7VA was one of the finalists at the 2023 Outsource Accelerator (OA) Outsourcing Impact Awards. The company’s impact hiring initiative, The Buffalo City Project, landed in the “Outsourcing Impact on Community Building” shortlist. The project is a collaborative effort between 20four7VA and South African organizations Harambee Youth Employment Accelerator, an NGO, and Loomee Group, a training center. Through this initiative, 20four7VA trained and prepared women in Buffalo City to find financially rewarding work opportunities and advanced Harambee’s goal of reducing the unemployment rate among South African youth.
Every year, the US Chamber of Commerce honors outstanding American businesses through the America’s Top Small Business Awards. In 2023, 20four7VA had the honor of being named one of America’s Top 70 Small Businesses.
The Inc. 5000 List is Inc. Magazine’s annual list of the fastest-growing private companies in the United States. For the second year in a row, 20four7VA appeared on the prestigious list with a 132% 3-year growth rate.
Time Doctor OA500 2023: Global Outsourcing Firm (BPO) Index ranks the top 500 outsourcing firms worldwide. The prestigious list focuses on company size, visibility, reliability, and credibility, among other criteria. Out of 2,300 firms around the world, 20four7VA landed at 315th.
Top 100 Staffing Companies to Work For at the World Staffing Summit 2023
The World Staffing Summit honors key players in the global staffing industry. In 2023, global remote staffing company 20four7VA joined the “Top 100 Staffing Companies to Work For” list for the second time.
2022 marked 20four7VA’s inaugural appearance on Inc. Magazine’s Inc. 5000 list. The prestigious list celebrates 5000 of the fastest-growing companies in the US, ranking companies based on their overall revenue growth over a three-year period. 20four7VA took the 3336th place with a three-year revenue growth of 158%.
Catherine vanVonno earned a spot on the Top 100 Staffing Leaders to Watch in 2022 list, which recognized top players transforming the staffing and recruitment landscape. This year marked the second time vanVonno received top honors at the World Staffing Summit.
During the Better Business Bureau of Greater Maryland’s Signature Event, the esteemed institution named 20four7VA a finalist for the 2021 Torch Awards for Ethics. The event celebrated businesses that practice integrity and ethical business practices.

The World Staffing Summit is an annual conference where staffing leaders and industry experts gather to exchange ideas and best practices in the staffing community. During the event, Catherine vanVonno received top honors as one of the “Top 15 Staffing Professionals to Watch in 2021.”
Certifications, Accreditations, Memberships, and Community
Aside from prestigious awards and recognition, 20four7VA’s work in the remote staffing industry has allowed us to receive multiple certifications and accreditations. We are proud to share the accomplishments we’ve worked hard to achieve over the years:
Women-owned Small Business Certification from the Small Business Association
The Small Business Association (SBA) awards the Women-owned Small Business (WOSB) certification to women-owned businesses. The agency developed this certification to provide better opportunities for women-owned businesses. Consequently, this certification helps address underrepresentation in various industries.
The National Small Business Association (NSBA) is the oldest association advocating for small businesses in the United States. Its Leadership Council is a select group of small business leaders active on the local, regional, state, and national levels to push small businesses forward. Catherine vanVonno joined the NSBA Leadership Council in 2022. This move is part of vanVonno’s “big picture” mission—to empower and champion small businesses.
20four7VA received its Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) certification from the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council or WBENC. The certification opens the company to more opportunities and provides access to supplier diversity initiatives at hundreds of major U.S. corporations and federal, state, and local government entities.
The Berlin Chamber of Commerce is the networking center for local businesses in Berlin, Maryland. Membership offers plenty of benefits for 20four7VA, including facilitating meaningful connections with fellow members. Additionally, the Chamber provides valuable access to potential business opportunities. It also hosts informative workshops and events throughout the year designed to help businesses grow and thrive.
The US Chamber of Commerce is one of the world’s largest business organizations. It has advocated for American businesses since the early 1900s and currently has a wide variety of members, from startups to global corporations, promoting free enterprise and a competitive business environment. The Chamber lobbies for pro-business policies on a wide range of issues.
