VA Spotlight: Meet Rosanna!
Rosanna Diaz is one of our veteran VAs here at 20four7VA. A dedicated single mom, she is also an aspiring baker and a crocheter! When it comes to work, you can count on Rosanna as she gets the job done. Here’s what she has to say.
What do you like most about working at 20four7VA?
20four7VA’s great people. Starting from the big bosses, my managers (previous and current), the management and my co-VAs. There is no room for negativity — just love.
What’s the biggest challenge that you’ve faced as a VA and how did you overcome it?
My biggest challenge so far was when I have to deal with a family problem that tested me as a mother. During that particular moment, I was really down and I didn’t know what to do. I was lost. Good thing that our Boss Cath V and my former manager, Michelle, really took the time to talk to me and ask me about my problem. They helped me get through it. They even talked to my client and told her what happened. They also came up with a schedule that allowed me to work while resolving my problem.
“The sweetest thing my client ever told me is that she’s confident of my work every day, every time, even if she’s out of the country, or in any conference, or just too busy. She’s positive that I can do my job and she never has to worry about anything even though we don’t talk every day.”
Any secret talents?
I’m a self-taught baker and crocheter. Please don’t tell everyone but I am a gym addict right now. Haha!
What’s the best tip that you can give to aspiring VAs?
Love your job and your client. Also, widen your knowledge, always strive further. Always have something more to offer. With these, your client will find you indispensable.
Has 20four7VA helped you in any way?
YES! In many ways! I’m a single mom of three kids. Raising my kids while working is not easy. 20Four7VA is like an answered prayer. I am able to look after my kids and my family while I am at home working. 20Four7VA is my haven here on Earth. It’s such a big blessing.
