Terms and conditions
- Promo is open to all attendees of the 2024 Podfest Expo on January 25 – 28, 2024 at the Wyndham Orlando Resort International Drive. Participant must be a first-time 20four7VA Client. Participant must submit the form on this page to enter the raffle.
- Discount is valid for one (1) Entry Level or Junior Level Administrative or Business Support Virtual Assistant (VA) selected from our current pool of VAs. The value of the free VA services is capped at $420 (USD) for each winning participant (Winner) and will be computed based on 20four7VA’s pricing structure as of January 2024.
- Winners must have their chosen VA working within sixty (60) days from the date of the notification email to be sent out on January 31, 2024. Should a winner fail to select a virtual assistant within sixty (60) days from the notification email date, their prize will be forfeited.
- Winners must require their chosen VA to work for a minimum of 10 hours per week up to a maximum of 40 hours per week.
- Winners must use up their 40 free hours in consecutive weeks.
- For example, Winners can use the 40 free hours in various ways, such as 10 hours per week for 4 weeks, 20 hours per week for 2 weeks, or 40 hours per week for 1 week.
- If the chosen VA resigns before completing the 40 free hours, 20four7VA will provide the respective Winners with a replacement VA free of charge. The replacement VA will only work the remaining unused hours.
- For example, VA 1 worked 20 hours before resigning. The replacement, VA 2, will work the remaining 20 hours.
- In case a Winner is not satisfied with the first VA they selected, they are entitled to one (1) free VA replacement request. This excludes cases when their selected VA resigns (see previous condition). Additional VA replacement requests will incur a processing fee.
- Promo cannot be used in conjunction with other promos or discounts.
