Terms and conditions

• The Black Friday 2024 promo is open to all active, first-time, or returning Clients who book a consultation call through December 20, 2024. The Client must use the promo code BLACKFRIDAY24 when they fill out the Consultation Call Form or submit a request to interview a VA through Candidately.
• The discount is valid for one (1) full-time (40 hours per week) VA.
• The amount of free virtual assistant hours depends on the contracted rate up to a maximum of $300 only.
• The Client must hire the VA for a minimum period of 13 weeks. The discount will be credited to the Client’s account once the VA completes the 13-week minimum period.
• The discount will be deducted from the invoice starting on the 14th week and in the following weeks until the entirety of the credit is used.
• If the chosen VA resigns before completing the 13-week period or if the Client wishes to replace the VA with another due to a skill mismatch, we will provide a replacement VA. The previous week(s) paid will count towards the 13-week minimum period.
• The Client is required to pay a one (1) week deposit equal to the weekly contract price package. This deposit will be used on the VA’s last week upon notice of termination.
• The promotion is not open to individuals affiliated with remote staffing or outsourcing companies, or to any of 20four7VA’s direct competitors.
• The promo code can only be used once during the promo period.
• Promo codes cannot be combined unless otherwise specified.
