• Promo is open to all attendees of the 2024 Small Business Expo on September 5 in Los Angeles.
• Promo is also open to participants coming from 20four7VA’s digital ad in the Small Business Expo digital app from June 14 until September 5.
• Participant must be a first-time 20four7VA Client.
• Participant must submit the form on this page to enter the raffle or inform our conference exhibitors of their desire to join the raffle. By joining our raffle, all participants grant 20four7VA permission to send them communications via email, SMS, or phone.
• Discount is valid for one (1) Entry Level or Junior Level Administrative or Business Support Virtual Assistant (VA) selected from our current pool of VAs. The value of the free VA services is capped at USD 420 for each Winner (USD 210 for the first 20 free hours and additional USD 210 for the 20 free hours when you hire) and will be computed based on 20four7VA’s pricing structure as of March 2024.
• Winners must have their chosen VA working within sixty (60) days from the send out date of the notification email. Should a winner fail to select a virtual assistant within sixty (60) days from the winner notification email date, their prize will be forfeited.
• Winner notification emails will be sent out after the conference on or before September 13, 2024.
• All entries received on the day of the Small Business Expo will be included in the drawing for that particular event location. Entries received the day after each event or conference will be automatically included in the next drawing. Entries submitted for the previous draws will no longer be eligible for participation in the next draws.
• Winners must require their chosen VA to work for a minimum of 10 hours per week up to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
• Winners must use up their 20 free hours in consecutive weeks.
  • For example, Winners can use the 20 free hours in various ways, such as 10 hours per week for 2 weeks or 20 hours per week for 1 week.
• If a Winner decides to hire their trial VA after the initial 20 free hours, an additional 20 free hours capped at USD 210 will be credited to their invoice at the end of the 12-week period.
• Promo cannot be used in conjunction with other promos or discounts.
