Woocommerce VA

Shift Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week), Monday-Thursday 9AM-5PM,PST. Friday shift extends to 10PM, Weekend Coverage Required.

Requirements:

  • Monitor customer support inbox, process incoming customer requests, and send customer follow-up email confirming request completion
  • Catalog/Archive incoming customer requests for Q&A end-of-week review (confirmed orders and change requests)
  • Forward refund requests to client for approval to process, then process subscription refunds in WooCommerce
  • Monitor incoming subscription payments, perform 1:1 match (payment to order scheduled for delivery) to ensure payment is received
  • Track on-hold subscriptions to ensure they are reactivated per customer requests
  • Prepare weekly summary reports for client review every Friday by 8PM PST, these include: -sales totals -meal orders -scheduled weekend deliveries
  • Authorize.net- Weekly checks for pending orders and route to client for approval/denial
  • Supervisor VA- Perform Weekly Q&A checks on Friday reports to ensure on-hold requests were completed and payments were received for all scheduled weekend deliveries. Fridays 7PM-10PM PST.

Software Applications/ Knowledges Required:

  • MUST HAVE- WooCommerce Subscription experience is required
  • MUST HAVE- Customer Service experience is required
  • MUST HAVE- Strong Attention to Detail is required Quality Assurance experience is preferred Authorize.net experience is preferred, not required (client is willing to train)
