• 1. Inbound calls (MAIN TASK):
• Handling incoming calls from patients checking on their results
• Must have excellent phone skills
• Must have English-speaking phone skills
• 2. Outbound calls: Calling the client’s patients to get insurance information and entering that information into a database
• Must have excellent phone skills
• Must have English-speaking phone skills
