9 AM – 8 PM EST
Timezone: Eastern Time (US)

  • Tasks:
  • Handling voice calls (inbound and outbound)
  • Note: Client uses a VoIP system (hardware required for the system software)
  • Inbound phone customer service Additional
  • Client Notes: Candidates MUST have experience in Amazon customer service
  • Candidates MUST have a neutral accent
  • Inbound phone customer service is REQUIRED
