Customer Service VA

Shift Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week), 10 AM – 7 PM EST for the first 3 months, then will change (still within EST business hours)
Timezone: EST

  • Tasks:
  • VA Tasks:
  • Answering phone calls
  • Website chat support
  • Amazon ASIN matching (match to all available Amazon listings under certain item)
  • Social media management (improve our presence on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
  • Resource page postings / blogging (create more posts and relevant content)
  • Improving images (Client will provide software to improve images)
  • Improving overall content
  • Summarizing all online reviews (Google, Amazon, eBay, etc.) and providing a weekly report
  • Video and audio production
  • Other tasks to be performed while VAs are waiting for phone calls/chat inquiries (Client will provide training on these tasks)


  • VA Qualifications:
  • Candidates MUST have neutral accents (customer service via phone is required)
  • Candidates MUST be proficient in responding quickly to messages. (website chat support is required)
  • Candidates MUST be attentive to detail (candidates with quality assurance background are preferred)
